Vegetation removal, tree felling, stump grinding, and debris hauling for a 12-acre mixed forest site ahead of a 60-unit townhome development. Completed in compliance with Township of Langley bylaws.
28-acre agricultural parcel
Boundary and topographic survey of a 28-acre agricultural parcel in Ladner ahead of ALR exclusion application. Delivered full CAD and PDF deliverables within a tight municipal deadline.
2.1-acre commercial pad
Rough and fine grading for a 2.1-acre commercial pad site on a major Surrey arterial. Coordinated with civil engineers on drainage design and subgrade compaction testing.
5-acre private homesite
Full clearing and grubbing of a 5-acre private acreage for a custom home build. Included selective tree retention, stump removal, and topsoil stripping for future landscaping.
