Our Story
Built from the Ground Up
Luckyhappy Products Corp was founded in Surrey with a simple premise: land development work should be done right the first time. Too many projects stall because of inaccurate surveys, poor site prep, or contractors who overpromise and underdeliver.
We built this company to be different. Every project — from a single-lot boundary survey to a multi-acre subdivision prep — gets the same level of care, the same quality equipment, and the same experienced crew.
Today we work with developers, builders, engineers, and private landowners across Surrey, Langley, Delta, Maple Ridge, and the broader Greater Vancouver Area.
